  THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, INCONSIDERATE, UNCOMPASSIONATE FUNERAL SERVICE EVER! THE STAFF IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! MY FAMILY WAS TREATED VERY POORLY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS "business" TO ANYONE.

  Hello,
  I am writing this review of the experience that I and my family have had with this funeral home after the death of my father. In our time of bereavement we encountered an issue with his death certificate and after going to the funeral home on two different occasions to rectify the situation a young lady by the name of Monica took charge and handled everything very graciously and expeditiously. I thank her for the hard work and generosity she showed to me and my family.

  I Buried my sweet mother there yesterday,the Funeral home director's and staff was caring,compassionate and couteous.i'm Definitely going to plan my funeral right beside my mother when my time's up someday. Thank You Alexander staff and may God richly Bless You!
