  Caring people offering a beautiful location to serve and comfort in times of loss. I thought they handled things well at the recent death of a friend.

  I was in Charlotte to bury my husband. I wish I knew the name of the women who was in charge of helping us but unfortunately I do not. She was very inconsiderate, rude and disrespectful to me (the wife), the son (my toddler) and to my husband's own mother. I wasn't given any choice about my husband's funeral or viewing and in fact she actually asked me to step outside of the room with my husband so that his father and step-mother could have "family time". I'm not exactly sure why his wife and only son (or his mother) wouldn't be considered family but I was too upset at the time to worry about it. When leaving the church service the father, step-mother and uncles and aunts were all driven to the grave site while once again his wife, son, mother were excluded. Thankfully my husband's best friend was there to drive us. I would never recommend this funeral home to anyone. Their employee was the most inconsiderate and disrespectful person I have ever met and as a business you are responsible for hiring exceptional employees. I stood by my husband through deployments and school with the military and because of this funeral home I spent my final good bye asking myself how could people be so cruel...for no reason. I'm sorry I don't have money like his father but I loved him more than anyone in this world and was treated like someone who didn't exist.
