  I retired from military and relocated from our States Capital to be nearer my grandchildren. I settled into my new residence but knew only a few people until I came to SUMC. I have been swept away by the kindness and consideration from this congregation. I once felt alone but I'm now rich and full of life by those who genuinely care and go out of their way to let you know from Sunday to Sunday.
  I'm proud to be apart of SUMC.
