  Two church deacons greeted me at the door and they were very friendly. As I entered the sanctuary the choir was singing an African American spiritual hymn and all of the church was clapping and stomping their feet. I had to laugh because the spirit was so high in the church people were crying, shouting, and dancing it took about 10 minutes to calm everyone down. The preaching was remarkable. Pastor Matthews preached a relevant message entitled "What About the Others?" It was a relevant word and the congregation shouted out of the church. Everyone in Charlotte, NC should make a visit to St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church for a Sunday worship service.
